Speedy Delivery  

We’re dedicated to providing you with the very best industrial fittings and customer service possible.  To make sure you receive our fine products on time, it is our policy is to ship all orders as soon as possible or in accordance with your purchase order schedule. However, shipping dates may vary depending on order size and availability of parts. When we receive your order, our office will advise you of the anticipated shipping date.

Packaging

Products are typically packaged in bulk quantities except for primer bulbs and fuel line assemblies, which are supplied loose in boxes.

We will be happy to provide most products in our clamshell retail packaging at a small additional charge.  Retail packages can be labeled with the Larand logo or your own private label depending on your needs.   

Quality Control

Prior to shipment, all items receive a final careful inspection, then are packaged to assure you they will be received in satisfactory condition.

Shipping

We will work with you to accommodate any specific shipping requests for various modes of transportation (air, ship, truck), including export.  Please make appropriate arrangements through our office.

Shipments are F.O.B. our plant in Florida, unless otherwise quoted.

Products damaged or lost in transit are the responsibility of the carrier. In the event of lost or damaged shipments, we will provide reasonable assistance in tracing shipments or filing claims.  However, once the products leave our facility, the responsibility for satisfactory delivery rests with the carrier.

Returns

We do require prior authorization for product returns.  Returned parts must be insured and shipped prepaid.  Non-defective products authorized for return may be subject to a re-stocking charge.

We have made every attempt to ensure that the product information and specifications in this website are accurate.  However, typographical errors are subject to correction, and product dimensions are subject to variations within reasonable tolerances. All items are subject to improvements in design.
